Common questions
The alarm won’t stop. Keep walking with your iPhone. Motion fills the ring; when the ring is full, you’re done. If you sit still, the ring pauses and the alarm can return.
Meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can each have a walk alarm. Switch any meal off if you like. Snooze and latest-time rules apply per meal.
Permissions. Mealstroll needs Alarms (to remind you) and Motion & Fitness (to verify you’re walking). You can change these in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions. 1-week free trial, then a yearly or monthly plan through Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Restore purchases on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Requirements. iPhone, iOS 26 or later. United States and United Kingdom.
